I had been wanting to drive out to this location for quite some time. My husband and I found it on the way to this discrete local swimming hole last summer. There was something magical about the cotton candy skies ascending over the rolling hills overlooking the Arkansas mountains. This was the first time I met Rachel & Jimmy too. We all piled into Rachel’s car with their sweet not so little Hank pup and drove out to this beautiful place. Let me just start out by saying that it was slightly cold that day and when we arrived the temperature had dropped like twenty degrees and the windchill was absolutely numbing. I truly thought my fingers had frost bite. We frolicked around, ran, drunk walked and danced all over this glorious mountainous place and despite the freezing winds we had the BEST time. It feels as if I had know Rachel and Jimmy long before this day and there was nothing better than exchanging life stories with each other all evening long. This is what is so amazing about this dang job, meeting people who you know will be friends even after sessions like this. I can’t wait to watch their new journey after marriage!
